This concert is primarily for Monday Choir members but if there's space then Tuesday & Friday choir goers will be welcome too!
ON THE DAY
Meet at Village Hall 2.45pm
Coach departs From Ashley Green Village Hall: 3pm
Soundcheck: 5pm
Doors Open: 6pm
Concert starts: 7pm
Concert ends: 9.30pm
Coach arrives back in Ashley Green: 10.30/11pm
GUESTS / TICKETS
GUESTS: This year the organisers have said we can have guest tickets at £25 per head. This includes drink and canapés! If you'd like to invite any guests contact Paul directly and he can add their names to the list.
CHOIR DRESS CODE
Smart, all black attire.
FOOD & DRINK
Drinks and snacks are usually provided, but feel free to bring a sandwich etc if you want!
