2025 EVENTS
We have so many wonderful and varied events coming up from free performances at fetes, to workshops, parties and charity concerts. Check the list below for latest listings. The biggest dates in our calendar are our 10 year anniversary concert on Friday 10th October and our Christmas Concert on Friday 12th December. These events will be raising money for local charities. Please do save those dates!
Concert for The Wynaud Trust
Sat 10 May - Northchurch Social Centre
The Wynaud Trust are a charity (Linked to Northchurch Baptist Church), who support a community in Zambia, sponsoring children's education and providing health/sanitary products to those who need. Back in 2023, our concert for this lovely charity raised over £2000! Tickets and more info coming soon!
Sign Language Workshop
Sun 18 May - Memorial Hall, Ashley Green
Our wonderful choir member Jeanette will be teaching the group to sign two songs during this two hour Sunday morning workshop. This one is primarily for choir members, but do get in touch and if there's space we'll add others!
Hospice Partners Gig
Thur 22 May - St Peter's Church, Berkhamsted
This will be a short performance (roughly 6 songs) in St Peter's Church supporting partners / sponsors of The Hospice Of St Francis. More info coming soon.
Wine Tasting Social
Fri 06 Jun - Memorial Hall, Ashley Green
Chris and Lisa from choir host this wonderful charity fundraiser. You'll be expertly guided through some really great wines, complimented by brilliant canapés... and for anyone who wants to stick around after the tastings, we'll after party into the night. This event is primarily for choir members, but do get in touch and if there's space we'll add others!
Gig - Ashley Green Village Fair
Sat 07 Jun - The Green, Ashley Green
This is where Choir on the Green get LITERAL. It's a lovely free event for all the family: Classic Cars; Dog agility; Children's tug of war; and the highlight: Us singing a few songs in front of an adorably partisan crowd of family, friends and villagers. Hope you can make it!
Gig - Concert For Women's Aid
Sat 14 Jun - St Mary's Church, Aylesbury
Last year this one was a belter raising £5000 for this brilliant cause. This year it's at a new location, but hopefully will be another wonderful event. Hope you can make it. More info coming soon
Gig - Marsworth Steam Rally
Sun 15 Jun - Marsworth
This event coincides with Fathers Day, but there's entertainment for the whole family: Classic cars, steam engines, bouncy castles and the best choir in all of Ashley Green. More info coming soon.
Gig - Ashridge Garden Party
Sun 14 Sep - Ashridge House, Berkhamsted
We're returning for our 3rd year at this lovely event in the gardens of Ashridge House, raising money for the Hospice Of St Francis.
Gig - Choir On The Green 10 Year Celebration Concert
Fri 10 Oct - Centenary Theatre, Berkhamsted
Choir On The Green launched in October 2015. To coincide with our 10 year anniversary, we'll have a concert where we tell the story of choir, look back at memories, invite old friends and sing some of our greatest hits together! More info coming soon, but please do save the date!!

Imagine the most magical Christmas scene: A roaring fire; A pile of beautifully wrapped presents tied with some red ribbon. A ginger bread house; The sound of children playing and the smell of Christmas in the air. Now forget all that and imagine a train station. You've just imagined this gig.

Our second year performing at this wonderful festive event to raise money for The Hospice of St Francis.
Gig - Choir On The Green Xmas Concert 2025
Fri 13 Dec - Centenary Theatre, Berkhamsted
he big one! We'll be returning to The Centenary Theatre in Berkhamsted for the biggest event of our winter calendar. Expect amazing guest vocals and more pyrotechnics than ever. If we sell out the Friday quickly we have Thur 11th December on standby as a possible 2nd night! Save the dates!
